The Popcorn Princess

In a castle topped with a tall golden roof, Princess Poppy spends her afternoons popping corn in a little black pot while watching rehearsals at the royal theater, her pet mouse Mimsy always nearby. When the theater faces hard times, Poppy dreams up a machine that can pop popcorn in every color of the rainbow, and with Sir Popper the theater manager and Mimsy at her side, she builds a shiny brass device with a glass dome and a star-shaped crank.

Opening night arrives with great promise, but the machine soon spins out of control, sending popcorn cascading over the stage, seats and aisles. Poppy must rely on quick thinking and her tiny silver wrench, while Mimsy's sharp eyes and Sir Popper's help lead them to a jammed gear and a stuck crank.
