The Little Riddle Keeper

In a town of winding streets, Maya cares for a remarkable book with an indigo cover, gold clasps, a brass lock shaped like a question mark, and two sleepy oval eyes that blink slowly. Each morning she reads its old riddles aloud and solves them, while the book hums softly and its red ribbon bookmark trails like a scarf.

One day the book's pages flutter wildly: the final page, holding the greatest riddle, is gone. To find it, Maya must solve the earlier riddles one by one, and each answer teaches her something.
