In a forest, within an old tree stump, there is a very small post office run by Pip, the youngest postal worker in the woods. Pip is no bigger than a pine cone, with soft grey fur, a blue cap and a red satchel, and knows every animal by name. When heavy rain washes away the delivery routes and turns the paths to mud, the mail is left with nowhere to go.

Rather than let the letters wait, Pip watches a leaf drifting on the rushing stream and thinks of leaf boats to carry the post along the water. With Ollie the owl, Fern the rabbit and Rosie the robin and her flock, Pip tests and improves the little boats through a difficult day. Written by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN, this gentle tale of patient sorting and teamwork can be read on Online Masal.
