In a field of purple thistles, a tiny beetle named Sir Bristle serves as the sworn guardian of a small insect kingdom. With his acorn-cap helmet and maple-seed sword, he keeps watch while Queen Pippa, a wise reddish-brown ant, rules the colony. The insects buzz peacefully among the flowers until Ollie the aphid, the smallest of them all, spots a huge creature beyond the thistles, testing the knight's quiet routine.
The creature is Bessie, a gentle grazing animal with creamy white and brown patches and a brass bell on her grass collar, who slowly wanders toward the thistle kingdom. Instead of attacking, Sir Bristle gathers the colony and devises a plan: the insects weave fluffy thistle down into long, light ropes and work together to make the thistles sway and appear twice their size, so the visitor turns away without being frightened. Ollie serves as lookout, and every insect has a part to play. This warm tale by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN shows that courage does not mean fighting and that even the smallest can matter, and it can be read on Online Masal.
