The Planet of Kites

Captain Lila and Engineer Bo are travelling through space when they notice a planet where hundreds of colourful kites drift in the sky. They decide to land and soon meet the Kite Folk, gentle creatures who rely on kites not only for play but also for getting around. A young Kite Folk named Pip befriends the two visitors and begins showing them how to ride the kites, steer with the wind, and read the different wind patterns found across the planet.

As Lila and Bo spend time learning the Kite Folk's way of life, they come to see how much teamwork and kindness matter to these creatures. When Bo's kite is carried off course, Pip acts quickly to help him, showing that watching out for one another is central to how the Kite Folk live.
