Clara is an apprentice sky painter living on a hill above the quiet town of Willowmere. Each morning she climbs a tall ladder with a long, thin brush behind her ear, her dark curly hair in two puffs and silver freckles on her cheeks, and paints invisible stars that only she can see. Her mentor, Old Master Lu, reminds her that good work is often unseen at first and that patience is a painter's truest tool.
In the afternoons her friends Mira and Theo watch her work; Mira brings snacks and looks puzzled, while Theo jokes that she is wasting her time. Clara keeps her brush moving, and she asks them to return at night, when the sky deepens and her painted stars begin to glow. This gentle tale by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN follows her quiet persistence, and it can be read on Online Masal.
