Otto is a small owl who lives high in the forest's oldest tree, wearing tiny spectacles and carrying a satchel of folded paper because he loves to ask questions. One day a scrap of paper covered in curly writing blows past his branch, and he follows it to a little blue door hidden in the trunk. Behind the door waits a room of books stacked like leafy towers, kept by a tortoise named Old Fern.
Otto learns that this is the forest library, where animals have written their stories for hundreds of years, and he notices that the writing in the books is pale and patchy. With Pip, a quick squirrel in a blue acorn-cap hat, and Bramble, a hedgehog who remembers old tales, he gathers the forest's storytellers to read aloud and copy the fading pages. Written by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN, this gentle tale can be read on Online Masal.
