In a snug mountain village where snow falls all winter long, a curious girl named Nora spends her days on the porch catching flakes on her mustard-yellow mittens and studying them through her grandfather's brass magnifying glass. Her grandfather, Elias, taught her that every flake is a tiny wonder, and Nora has learned to look closely at the world around her.

One crisp morning, Nora catches a large snowflake and notices tiny lines and dots arranged like a secret code. With her little dog Pip beside her, she sets out through the snow to collect more flakes, drawing each pattern in her notebook and following the trail they seem to leave. The symbols lead her to the village baker, Mrs. Halvorsen, who recalls a forgotten winter festival, and to Elias, who recognizes the marks as an old festival song. Together they visit every house, gathering shy neighbors and eager children to bring the celebration back. Written by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN, this gentle tale can be read on Online Masal.
