The Griffin's Lost Feather

Arlo is a small griffin cub with a lion's soft golden body and tiny amber wings, living in a cozy cave high on a windy hill with his wise grandmother, Mara. Each morning he takes his green satchel and explores the meadows below, carrying his greatest treasure inside: a long, shimmering feather that Mara gave him, said to hold her magical wisdom. When a gust of wind snatches the feather away as he chases butterflies, Arlo is heartbroken, yet he remembers his grandmother's words that courage means trying even when you are scared, and he sets out to find it.

His search leads him through tall green trees, up a towering oak, along windy cliffs and into a dark mountain cave. Along the way he meets Pip, a tiny squirrel in an acorn-cap hat who offers to help, and together they look under bushes, behind rocks and inside crevices. Arlo's small claws slip and his wings tremble, but each time he recalls Mara's lessons about patience and kindness. This gentle tale by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN follows a quiet journey about friendship and perseverance, and can be read on Online Masal.
