The Sneezing Wizard

In a cozy village beside a whispering wood, Wizard Wobble is a kind but clumsy old man with a bushy white beard and a star-covered purple robe. A magic cold has taken hold of him, and each sneeze releases sparkly, unpredictable magic across the village. A cow becomes bright purple, a tree grows fuzzy pink slippers, a small house sprouts enormous ears, sheep bounce like beach balls, and a scarecrow dances with a big red nose. With the magic competition only a day away, the village square grows sillier by the minute.

A young apprentice named Pip comes to help him prepare and meets the mess with patience and kindness rather than laughter. Simple spells, deep breaths and calm focus are tried, yet pollen, feathers and wind keep triggering new sneezes. The biggest sneeze of all turns the fountain into a giant dancing octopus. Through Pip's gentle guidance, Wizard Wobble learns to slow down and picture something peaceful. This warm, playful tale by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN can be read on Online Masal.
