The Purple Postman

Mr. Plum is a cheerful postman with a bright purple uniform, shiny brass buttons and a brown leather satchel full of letters. Each morning he walks down Maple Street greeting everyone he meets, and he loves his work more than anything. One sunny Tuesday he discovers a pale blue envelope in his satchel addressed to 'the person who lives under the rainbow.' With his clever nine-year-old granddaughter Lily, who brings a notebook for clues, he sets out to solve the mystery of this impossible address.

The search takes them to the park, where the tiny King of Puddles offers a clue pointing to a grandma inside a teapot. Following the smell of tea up Tea Cup Hill, they meet Grandma Teapot, who shares another clue about the moon's best friend. Lily's sharp thinking and Mr. Plum's kind nature help them decipher each clue. Written by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN, this gentle tale of curiosity and teamwork can be read on Online Masal.
