The Mermaid's Missing Melody

Marina, a mermaid with warm tan skin, wavy teal hair and a shimmering aqua tail, is the ocean's melody keeper. Every morning her special song guides the sea creatures: Grandpa Finn the wise old sea turtle leads the young turtles by its tune, silver fish swim in time with it, and even the whales hum along. Marina treasures this gift and promises to keep it safe.

One sunny morning she opens her mouth to sing and nothing comes out. Without her melody the ocean falls into confusion, and Grandpa Finn gently tells her that a melody is never truly lost, only waiting to be found again through practice and patience. Determined, Marina sets out with her tiny friend Pip, a coral-pink shrimp, and meets a friendly dolphin named Lumi who knows the caves. This gentle tale by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN follows her search for the song she thinks she has lost, and it can be read on Online Masal.
