In the snug town of Berrybrook, where the cobblestones smell of warm bread, lives Professor Puddle, a kind but absent-minded inventor with wild white hair and a long purple lab coat. His finest creation is a shiny silver machine that makes magic jellybeans: red ones make you hop like a frog, blue ones turn your voice into a trumpet, and yellow ones make everything look enormous. His young helper Pip, in bright yellow overalls and red sneakers, can hardly wait to make more.
One morning temptation wins, and Pip hurries to the workshop alone, pouring all three ingredients in at once. The machine wobbles, giggles and bursts, showering the town with jellybeans, and with the annual invention fair only hours away the town cannot stay hopping, tooting and giant for long. This warm, funny tale by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN gently shows why patience and careful thinking matter, and how honesty and teamwork can fix a mistake. It can be read on Online Masal.
