The Invisible Umbrella

On a rainy Tuesday, Nora stumbles upon a small shop tucked between the bakery and the shoe store, a place she has never noticed before. There she meets an old man named Mr. Pibb, who gives her a curious gift: an invisible umbrella with a carved wooden handle and a small blue ribbon. He explains that it will open only when someone nearby needs protection, and that all she has to do is be kind. Nora is unsure whether to believe him, but she takes the umbrella home anyway.

Before long, the umbrella shows what it can do, sheltering fallen baby birds, helping free a kite from a tall tree, and soothing a scared puppy during a loud parade. When Nora tries to show it to her friend Maya, nothing happens, and she must figure out why.
