The Giggle Factory

In the grey town of Gloomsville, streets are dull and faces are serious, and people pass each other without a word. From a tall, smoky building called The Giggle Factory, Mr. Grumbleworth sells bottled laughter, and his customers sip their giggles alone rather than talk to anyone.

Mira, a cheerful girl with puff-bun pigtails, notices that nobody says hello anymore, so she and her friend Theo, who counts smiles in his notebook, set out with her little dog Pip to find out why. This gentle tale by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN follows the children as the factory falls silent and they show the town what real laughter is, inviting even the lonely Mr. Grumbleworth to join in. It can be read on Online Masal.
