The Cloud Fairy

High above the world sits a small cottage on a fluffy cloud, home to Nia, a cheerful cloud fairy with curly white hair, sky-blue eyes and tiny silver-edged wings. Each morning she takes cloud dust from her pouch and shapes it into rabbits, wobbly castles and floating gardens, treating the sky as her playground and her imagination as her favourite tool.

One day Nia decides to make something larger than anything she has attempted before, and her puff of dust becomes a cloud dragon with a long tail, broad wings and glowing amber eyes. When its shadow passes over the villages below, the villagers become frightened, and Nia understands that her creation has turned into a problem she must solve. She seeks out Grandpa Cirrus, the oldest and wisest cloud fairy, who offers a small silver whistle and gentle advice about guiding big creations with care.
