Silver Princess

In a distant kingdom, Princess Aria lives in a castle on a hill, known for her long silver hair that shines like moonlight. Yet Aria longs for people to notice more than her appearance. She is brave and kind, planting seeds with the royal gardeners, reading stories to village children, and rescuing a lost kitten from a tall tree. The kingdom elders remind her that true beauty comes from a kind heart and a brave spirit, though Aria still wonders whether anyone truly sees her.

One evening, a strange darkness falls over the kingdom. The moon and stars vanish, lanterns go out, and frightened villagers huddle in their homes. Aria steps outside with her small satchel, and her silver hair begins to shimmer softly. As she searches for the villagers, she comforts a trembling lost kitten, and her hair glows brighter. Guided by kindness, she meets frightened children and an old woman whose grandson has gone missing with the family goat. This tale by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN can be read on Online Masal.
