Flying Bicycle

Sophie lives with her grandpa Walter in a small house at the edge of town. One bright morning he gives her an old bicycle painted a cheerful yellow, along with a pump, a little green backpack and a quiet word of advice to stay curious and brave. When she rides off, something remarkable happens: the wheels start to glow and the bicycle rises into the sky, carrying her above her home, over a green forest, snowy peaks and a glittering ocean.

Her flight takes a serious turn when Pip, a tiny blue cloud sprite, lands on the handlebars and asks for help. Pip's floating village is stuck inside a dark, swirling storm cloud that grows stronger by the minute. Though frightened, Sophie follows Pip into the storm, meets Mayor Elder Bree and the anxious villagers, and works with them to lead everyone out to a peaceful meadow. This gentle adventure by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN explores courage, kindness and friendship, and can be read on Online Masal.
