Bubble Island

Emma spends every morning on the beach in her yellow polka-dot raincoat and blue rubber boots, collecting shells. One day the waves shine brighter than usual, and beyond the rocks she spots a giant clear bubble drifting on the water, a tiny green island glimmering inside it. A small door opens, and she steps into a world of soap-bubble houses where winged, mint-green creatures fly through the air.

There she meets Pip, who shows her around, introduces her to Granny Mist with her bubble-shaped teapot, and to the Bubble Keeper, guardian of the shield protecting the floating home. The wind is rising and the shield creaks with every gust. This gentle tale by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN explores curiosity, inventiveness and accepting help, and can be read on Online Masal.
