The Whale's Window

Walter is a whale with a strong sense of curiosity, and his explorations of the deep blue sea lead him to an unusual discovery set into a rocky wall: a small glass window. Looking through it, he glimpses a hidden garden where glowing seeds grow and little gardeners with leaf-shaped hair and petal caps tend their world.

Pip, Mabel and young Bruno welcome the visitor, and since Walter is far too large to step inside, they bring their flowers to the glass so he can share in their world. Their friendship grows through daily visits and an exchange of ocean stories for lessons about planting. Written by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN, this gentle tale of curiosity, kindness and cooperation can be read on Online Masal, and it offers young readers a warm way to talk about helping others and welcoming visitors.
