Emma lives in a small house at the end of a winding lane, with a wild garden and a wide open sky. One sunny morning she takes her little blue backpack outside and discovers something remarkable behind the old oak tree: a tiny glass bottle with a cork stopper, holding a miniature rainbow that glows and shifts softly from red to violet. Emma brings the bottle home, places it on her windowsill and decides to keep it safe in her room forever.
But the next morning the colours have grown duller, and by evening the little arc is almost grey. Wrapping the bottle in a soft scarf, singing a lullaby and resting it on her favourite books bring no change. When her friend Lily visits, she wonders whether the rainbow simply misses the sky. This gentle tale by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN follows Emma as she learns about caring for beautiful things without holding them too tightly. Young readers can follow her worry, Lily's simple suggestion and the rainbow's slow awakening on Online Masal.
