In The Penguin's Tiny Library by Çınar BİBER, a penguin named Pip wanders the seaside and finds an old fishing hut behind the dunes. Dusty and sagging, the hut still holds promise for him: a small library open to everyone by the sea. Wearing round wire-rimmed glasses and a soft red scarf, with a leather satchel of notebooks at his side, Pip dusts the shelves, sweeps the floor, and stacks driftwood as seats. A lantern glows in the window, and the shelves fill with his own tales of big waves, brave little fish, and the moon and stars above the water. Then he waits by the door, believing stories are better shared.

A young tern named Luna soon arrives with a bright yellow satchel of travel trinkets and tells of a far island with pink sand and singing crabs, which Pip writes down carefully. News spreads among the seabirds, and gulls, puffins, and petrels visit with ocean tales of their own. Grandpa Albatross brings a faded captain's cap and a tarnished compass, and Old Mira the seal settles by the door to listen and help the little ones read. The tale can be read on Masalcı Baba.
