The Octopus with Eight Jobs

In a bright blue sea where sunbeams dance on the waves lives Oscar, a coral-orange octopus with amber eyes and eight strong arms. He enjoys helping everyone in the coral town, and one morning a big idea strikes him: with eight arms, he could take on eight jobs at once. Soon he is a chef, painter, gardener, musician, librarian, tailor, builder and delivery helper all together.

The sea creatures cheer at first, but Oscar's arms begin to ache and his smile droops as tasks go wrong. Pip the seahorse and Bubble the sea turtle notice his tiredness and gently remind him that nobody has to do everything alone. This charming tale by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN explores balance, teamwork and asking for help, and can be read on Online Masal.
