The Moonbeam Painter

Mira lives in a small cottage at the edge of the woods, and each night she waits for the moon to rise with a round glass jar and a slender paintbrush in hand. Her companion is a small fox with cream fur and silver-tipped ears, and together with the wise Owl of Night, who carries a satchel of rolled brushes, they wander the dark in search of moonbeams.

When the moon shines brightest, the owl signals, and Mira lifts her jar to catch the dancing light. Back home she paints with it, and the cottage fills with a living world of her own making. This gentle tale by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN follows the quiet rhythm of making and letting go, and it can be read on Online Masal.
