The Copper Sparrow

In a snug workshop at the edge of the woods, a lonely inventor named Mr. Elias builds a small copper sparrow with a clockwork heart. He names the mechanical bird Copper and teaches him to fly, but Copper's curiosity carries him into the forest, where he meets a flock of real sparrows. The birds are wary of this shiny metal creature, though a bold young sparrow named Pip befriends him.

The other sparrows mock Copper because his stiff wings and clinking beak make him clumsy at their games, and even Old Wren, the wisest sparrow, questions whether he belongs. This heartwarming tale by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN explores acceptance, self-worth, and the strength found in being different, and it can be read on Online Masal.
