The Amber Butterfly

Bella is a butterfly with golden-orange wings edged in warm amber markings, and she spends her days exploring the sunny meadow she calls home. After resting beside an old tree, she wakes to find new amber lines sparkling on her wings. Orin, a wise old moth with round spectacles, explains that the markings form a map to a forgotten butterfly sanctuary and hands her a tiny woven leaf satchel, advising her that important messages deserve careful attention.

Following the amber path, Bella meets Pip, a little blue butterfly with white spots, and Mara, a purple-winged butterfly whose scattered colony has lost its way. Together they trace each clue through the forest and gather lost butterflies huddled in a hollow log, discovering that the map reveals its next part only when they look closely.
