Pip the squirrel makes his home in a tall oak tree at the heart of the forest. He sees that the animals living on the east side and those on the west side never speak with one another, so he takes on the role of the forest's postmaster. With hollow acorns serving as mailboxes and a leaf cap worn as his uniform, Pip begins carrying messages between the two groups. His first customer is Bramble, an elderly hedgehog, and before long the forest fills with cheerful chatter as animals hear news from old friends.

One morning, Pip finds that his acorns have been broken open and the shiny seals taken. He hides and catches Maple, a magpie who collects shiny things. Rather than punish her, Pip asks Maple to join his delivery team, and together with Ferndale the owl and Bramble they build a better system. When a storm threatens the forest, the team works together to keep the messages flowing. Written by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN, this heartwarming tale can be read on Online Masal and explores cooperation, forgiveness, and the value of community for young readers.
