Leo, a nine-year-old boy living in a cottage at the edge of a meadow, treasures music above all else. His grandmother Mira gives him a honey-coloured violin that carries the music of the seasons, and his world fills with bright spring melodies, lively summer rhythms, gentle autumn lullabies and quiet winter songs. A small songbird named Pip, a red thread around one leg, follows him and echoes every tune.
One morning the violin becomes stuck, repeating a single summer rhythm that no longer suits the snowy world outside. Taking Mira's advice, Leo crosses the countryside to gather sounds from nature so the violin can remember the other seasons. The landscape shifts around him, and with Pip scouting and singing back each sound, he collects what he hears along the way. This gentle tale by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN, which can be read on Online Masal, follows Leo's quiet, warm-hearted journey.
