In Bramblewood, Leo works as an apprentice to Master Elara, a well-known mapmaker. With a red pencil tucked behind his ear and ink spots on his mustard-yellow tunic, he spends his happiest hours assisting her with her maps. When Elara sets off to explore a new valley and fails to return after two days, Leo becomes worried. He packs the half-finished maps she left behind into his satchel and leaves with his small dog Pip to find her.

The maps guide the two along a winding path through tall pines, past a mossy stone arch marked with a tiny star, and through dense bushes into a secret meadow of wildflowers. Beyond the meadow the map ends, but Pip catches a scent and uncovers a hidden path into an unfamiliar valley. Written by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN, this gentle adventure can be read on Online Masal and follows Leo as he explores every path with his red pencil while Pip sniffs out the safest routes.
