Tilly, a sea turtle the size of a dinner plate, lives in a warm, clear blue bay. Each morning she explores the seaweed and watches the fish, always curious about what lies beyond her home. One day, near some rocks, she finds a piece of old cloth caught in the seaweed. Spread out on a flat rock, it reveals itself as a map with a twisting path through the ocean leading to a bright coral garden. Tilly wants to follow it but feels afraid to go alone.
Just then, Fin, a small remora fish with silver-blue scales and glowing turquoise stripes, darts past. He recognizes the map and explains that reaching the coral garden means following ocean currents that flow like rivers. Fin offers to help, and the two set off together. Their journey tests them: the current is fast and frightening, rough water pushes them off course, and they lose their way. Yet Tilly learns to trust the map and to ask for help, while Fin discovers that a small friend can be strong when the water turns rough.
