One morning, Pip the hummingbird flies over a quiet, sun-dried garden and finds it bare, with dry stems where blossoms once grew. With his emerald back, ruby throat, and little brown leaf satchel, he sets out to find a single petal to sip from. Instead, he meets Bella the butterfly, who has also been searching for flowers. Together they decide the garden needs seeds, but Bella gently reminds Pip that a garden this big needs more than one tiny hummingbird.
The two friends gather helpers: Buzz the bee in his green gardening apron, Flora the ladybird with her seven black spots and straw sun hat, and a crowd of beetles and moths. Everyone shares the seeds Pip carries, plants them in the sunniest spots, and waters them from acorn cups. Pip learns that seeds need care rather than speed, and day after day the group waits and waters until tiny green shoots, then leaves, then buds appear. This gentle tale by Aysel Banu YAVUZAL follows the slow reward of patience and teamwork as the garden wakes up. You can read it on Masal İzle.
