On a bright savanna, a little gazelle wearing a sky-blue ribbon wakes each morning ready to wander and discover. One day she notices a shy young ostrich lingering alone beside a thorn tree, and her kind heart responds to the bird's loneliness. She introduces herself and asks the ostrich to explore with her, and the two begin sharing the savanna's best spots for sweet grass and cool shade, learning together how to find bugs tucked in the dirt.
When a wise old zebra announces a friendly obstacle course, the gazelle feels eager while the ostrich feels uneasy. The gazelle proposes they practice together, and each morning beneath the acacia tree they support one another: the gazelle teaches leaping over logs with her long thin legs, and the ostrich demonstrates fast running with her speedy legs. Through tumbles and jitters they keep encouraging each other. Written by Aysel Banu YAVUZAL, this gentle tale about kindness and teamwork can be read on Masal İzle.
