In the far north, under a sky that gleams like a silver bowl, a little barnacle goose named Gus dreams of joining the great spring migration. His short wings seem much too small for such a long flight, and when the flock rises without him, he is left behind calling after the others. Then a tiny snow bunting named Pip arrives and offers to fly north beside him, and the two small birds set off together across snowy mountains, shining rivers and sudden dangers.
Their route tests them in different ways: strong winds push them off course, a mountain hides its peak in cloud, and thick fog steals the stars they follow. Whenever Gus doubts himself, Pip sings a silly or brave song, and Gus finds the strength to keep flapping. Written by Aysel Banu YAVUZAL for young children and for those who read aloud to them, this gentle tale can be read on Masal İzle and is suited to bedtime reading and early talks about courage, trust and asking for help.
