The Jam Jar Mystery

In the countryside, Mrs. Berry's bakery is known for the scent of fresh bread and strawberry jam drifting through the morning air. Molly, a curious girl in a mustard-yellow raincoat, enjoys watching the baker at work. When jars of jam begin to vanish, the villagers quickly point to a sneaky raccoon from the woods. Molly is not convinced, so she sets out to investigate properly.

With her notebook and red rubber boots, Molly studies the empty shelf and spots something odd: the jars return sparkling clean, their lids placed neatly beside them. Tiny footprints in the damp grass lead her to a family of dormice storing food for winter behind the bakery. Written by Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN, this gentle tale follows Molly's careful detective work and the moment she speaks up to correct the villagers' mistaken accusation. It explores evidence, fairness and kindness, and can be read on Online Masal.
