In a cozy village nestled between gentle hills, Felix the fox is the best clockmaker around. His workshop is filled with ticking clocks, and he wears a brown leather apron, round glasses, and a red neckerchief. Felix is especially proud of the festival clock, with its golden hands and cheerful chime, which he has polished until it shines. When he opens the window to test the chime, the clock suddenly springs to life, whizzes through the air, and flies out over the treetops, leaving Felix worried and sad on his stool.
Just outside the workshop, a young squirrel named Squeaky sees the whole thing. She scurries down to comfort Felix and offers to help find the clock. Quick and observant, she climbs the tallest tree, spots something shiny in a maple, and carefully frees the clock, tucking it into her satchel and climbing down safely. But the fall has bent the hands and silenced the chime, and the festival is about to begin. This gentle tale by Ebru Mina TOMURCUK explores friendship and teamwork, and can be read on Onlinemasal Com.Tr.
