The Tortoise's Treasure Trail

Tobias the tortoise lives in a sunny meadow under a large oak tree, wearing a soft red scarf and round spectacles. He cares deeply about his friends, so one day he fills a small woven satchel with folded notes and invites Rabbit, Hedgehog and Bluebird to a treasure hunt in the meadow. When they gather by the oak tree, Tobias explains how the game works: each clue leads to the next, and every clue is tied to a kind deed.

The hunt soon becomes more than a search. The friends help a little mouse with a heavy basket of berries, share snacks in a circle, cheer up a glum Squirrel and invite him along, and welcome a little frog by the pond. With each kind act, the next clue appears and the group grows.
