In a snug burrow under an old oak, Badger arranges three small cushions and a large lamp for the first gathering of his book club. Wearing his round amber glasses and soft mustard-yellow scarf, he quietly hopes that someone who loves stories as much as he does will appear. Dormouse, tiny and round with a red neckerchief, is the first to arrive, and Shrew follows in her blue-and-white striped bobble hat, far too excited to stay seated. Badger reads aloud from a big book titled The Hidden Treasure of Hollow Wood, and once the story closes, he proposes a treasure hunt of their own in the woods outside.
With a crinkly old map and rhyming clues, the three friends wander through the leafy morning. Badger reads each clue, Dormouse studies the map and notices what the others miss, and Shrew discovers that rushing ahead can end in a tumble into leaves. This warm tale by Aysel Banu YAVUZAL follows their steps from a mossy stone to a fallen log and up the hill, and can be read on Masal İzle. It is a gentle story about friendship, patience, and sharing a story together.
