On a sunlit grassland, a young pronghorn with soft tan fur and a woven grass bracelet takes his first steps into the open world on long, thin legs. He soon encounters a cheerful prairie dog who carries a pouch of seeds and seems to know every path across the plains. The two become fast friends, spending the day playing and racing through the tall grass until the sun sets.
When dark clouds roll in and heavy rain floods the valley, the pair takes shelter in the prairie dog's burrow. After two days they emerge to find the low ground under water and the familiar path gone. The prairie dog knows a hidden route along the ridge, and the little pronghorn must place his trust in his friend to guide him safely around the flood. Aysel Banu YAVUZAL tells this gentle story of friendship and courage, and it can be read on Masal İzle.
