In a warm, green rainforest, a little genet with golden-tan fur, dark chocolate spots and a long ringed tail wakes each night in her hollow log and wonders about the world beyond the tall trees. This quiet bedtime tale by Aysel Banu YAVUZAL follows her as curiosity carries her toward a shy bushbaby hiding among the vines, and the two small animals become friends before they have even exchanged names.

When a trail of glowing fireflies drifts past, the pair decide to follow it, creeping along mossy branches, crossing a bridge of hanging vines and slipping under giant ferns while frogs, crickets and dripping water sound around them. The bushbaby admits he is a little scared, and the genet says she is too, but that they are together. At the end of the trail the fireflies gather above a small round pool, where the friends splash and play beneath the blinking lights. The tale can be read on Masal İzle.
