The Little Rabbit's Friend

In a whispering woodland, a curious little rabbit with soft brown fur and a sky-blue neckerchief spends his mornings wandering the winding paths. One sunny day he meets a squirrel in a red cap who is gathering acorns, and the two soon become close friends, learning that their different abilities fit together well.

While chasing a butterfly, the rabbit finds an old playground hidden among ferns and wildflowers, with a frayed swing rope and a slide leaning to one side. The friends set out to repair it so their neighbours can play there again, and others soon join the effort. This gentle story by Aysel Banu YAVUZAL is suited to young children and bedtime reading aloud, and can be read on Masal İzle.
