Pip is a small, round pika with sandy-brown fur, a cream belly and a sky-blue scarf he never removes. Living high on a snowy mountain, he treasures a little brass telescope on a leather strap. On clear nights, he climbs to a favourite ledge, polishes the lenses, checks the focus and counts the stars alone, convinced that the quiet mountain and the night sky belong only to him.
One evening, a mountain finch named Flick lands beside him and politely asks for a peek through the telescope. Pip hesitates, clutching the brass tube, but Flick's gentle response lingers, and he finally offers her a single moment. Looking together, they notice shapes neither had seen before, and Pip realizes that a companion can change what the sky seems to hold. As the cold deepens, he wraps his scarf around his shivering new friend, and they agree to meet again. Written by Aysel Banu YAVUZAL, this warm, quiet tale can be read on Masal İzle.
