The Little Chinchilla

In a mountain village of winding paths and tiny doors, a little chinchilla with silver-grey fur and a blue polka-dot scarf arrives carrying a woven satchel, hoping to find a friend. She meets a degu in a green vest whose tool belt is full of wooden pegs; he is secretly building a climbing playground for everyone behind the village.

The two animals work side by side, placing pegs, tying ropes, carrying twigs and digging a tunnel, and each teaches the other a skill. When the bridge wobbles and the tunnel's roof sags, they must decide whether to give up or ask for help.
