Lila lives beside the sparkling sea in a small blue house with a crooked chimney, and each morning she hurries to the water in her orange goggles and shell necklace, hoping the sea will sing a song only for her. One bright day a golden glimmer far out on the water draws her in, and there she meets a shy young humpback whale whose deep blue-grey skin is patterned with gold.
His song sends tiny glowing notes drifting from his blowhole like fireflies, and soon Lila rides on his flipper into the deep. A little seahorse named Pip, wearing an acorn-cap hat, leads them through the reef and speaks of a silent valley where the ocean makes no sound; the whale confesses he once found it but was too afraid to sing there alone. Granny Coral, an old sea turtle, explains that music is a bridge between friends. Written by Ebru Mina TOMURCUK, this tale of courage and friendship can be read on Onlinemasal Com.Tr.
