Leo lives in a small cottage at the edge of a green forest, wearing his grandmother's red knitted scarf and carrying a little brass compass that always points him toward adventure. One misty morning he meets Luna, a young unicorn with a silver-white coat, feathered wings and a softly glowing horn, and the two become friends at once. When Luna reveals that the forest's magical bell has been lost and the forest's magic is fading without it, Leo agrees to help her find it, even though the journey will take them far beyond the familiar meadow.
The road leads through the Whispering Woods and over the Shimmering Stream to a dark cave where the bell is hidden. Along the way Leo and Luna face their fears, and an old owl with spectacles offers guidance as the two friends learn to rely on each other, to trust, and to admit when they are frightened. This gentle tale by Ebru Mina TOMURCUK is suited to young readers and to adults reading aloud with them, and it can be read on Onlinemasal Com.Tr.
