The Snail's Secret Shortcut

In a sunlit garden, a little snail with a honey-brown spiral shell, a pale mint-green body, a small red neck scarf and a tiny canvas satchel spends his mornings wandering the paths near his cozy corner under a leafy bush. He longs to move faster, and when he sets his heart on reaching the far side of the garden where the juiciest lettuce grows, the usual route around the flower beds seems far too slow.

A friendly ladybug in a leaf sunhat mentions a shortcut through the flower beds, though she gently cautions that faster is not always better. Snail is eager to try it anyway. This gentle tale by Ebru Mina TOMURCUK follows one small character through a day of choices and consequences, touching on patience and care for living things.
