Poppy is a small cream-white rabbit who lives deep in the forest, recognizable by her long upright ears, round amber eyes and knitted moss-green scarf. She keeps a little woven satchel for the treasures she collects on her walks. Winter does not trouble her much, yet she finds herself longing for the vivid colours of spring.
One cold morning she comes across a small cluster of bluebells, daisies and buttercups blooming far too early near the edge of the woods. She gathers them all and brings them home, convinced she can keep spring close. The weather soon turns strange, and Poppy turns to Old Owl for help, then sets out with Sly Fox and Grumble Bear. Written by Ebru Mina TOMURCUK, this gentle tale for young children and for adults reading aloud can be read on Onlinemasal Com.Tr.
