The Rabbit's Golden Airship

In a snug burrow beside a bright meadow, a cream-white rabbit with a mind full of plans spends his days building and tinkering. Wearing blue aviator goggles, a red scarf and a tool belt with a tiny wrench, he sets his spring ambition on a golden airship that could carry him above the clouds. He draws up designs, measures timber, polishes brass and sews fabric, inspecting each piece more than once.

A sparrow in a yellow navigator cap, carrying a brass compass, soon appears at his windowsill and offers to assist. The two friends test the craft piece by piece, adjusting the rudder, the altimeter and the balloon ropes, then lay out a route to a large oak tree and back with a picnic packed. This tale by Ebru Mina TOMURCUK follows their careful preparations and first flight, and can be read on Onlinemasal Com.Tr, for children who enjoy building, flying and friendship.
