On a crisp, bright morning, Wally the little walrus happily waddles onto the ice, wearing his cherished red knitted hat made by his mother. He plays joyfully, balancing a piece of ice on his nose and calling to the seagulls, while his mother watches from the water's edge. Suddenly, a strong gust of wind sweeps the hat away, leaving Wally heartbroken. His mother comforts him, and together they begin searching for the missing hat.

A small snow bunting spots the hat tumbling across the ice and keeps watch over it. Mama Walrus calls on other animals for help: a puffin, a seal, and the snow bunting all join the search. They follow clues, peeking behind snow piles and following marks in the snow, until they finally locate the hat. Wally is overjoyed and thanks each of his friends. This heartwarming story, written by Çınar BİBER, teaches children the value of teamwork, kindness, and gratitude. It can be read on Masalcı Baba.
