Pip the hedgehog lives in a cozy burrow beneath an old oak tree. On a breezy morning, he discovers a beautiful blue lantern nestled between mossy stones. The lantern glows softly and appears to shift in color, so Pip carries it home, curious about what magic it might hold. Along the way he meets his friend Bunny, and together they notice the lantern turning yellow when Bunny feels happy. Olive the owl joins them, and the three friends set out to learn more about the lantern's mysterious power.
Their search leads them to Fern the fawn, who is feeling nervous. As Fern's emotions move from calm to scared to comforted, the lantern's glow shifts from pale blue to violet to rosy pink. The friends come to understand that the lantern reflects feelings, and each of them shares something of their own. This gentle story by Çınar BİBER explores how naming emotions can bring friends closer, and it can be read on Masalcı Baba.
