In a sunny forest clearing, Felix the fox sets up his workshop to build a grand castle made entirely of paper. Wearing his blue work apron and round glasses, he folds pointed towers and smooth walls, determined to make everything perfect. But each tower he stacks wobbles and collapses, and no matter how many times he tries, the paper refuses to stay up. Frustrated and ready to give up, Felix is surprised by a tiny voice from below: Millie, a little grey mouse in a red neckerchief, who carries a yellow satchel of folded paper bricks and offers to help.
Though Millie is only as tall as his ankle, she teaches Felix that strong bases and firm, careful creases hold a structure together. Together they fold walls, add tiny bricks to the corners, and rebuild the tallest tower with extra layers and a wider base. As the afternoon passes, Felix stops chasing perfection and learns to slow down, focus on each fold, and accept help. This tale by Çınar BİBER can be read on Masalcı Baba.
